Identification of an intracardiac mass on ECHO during the evaluation of a patient with potential symptoms or signs of cardiac disease is an unusual occurrence with profound implications due to the high likelihood of significant pathology. The differential diagnosis includes imaging artifacts, normal anatomic variants, tumour, thrombus, or vegetation.
