Atherosclerosis in Primary Care

Atherosclerosis in Primary Care is published quarterly, in English and French versions, by STA HealthCare Communications Inc.

The journal is aimed at providing information about the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease and its risk factors to Canadian family physicians and other healthcare professionals. Published articles range from discussions on the risks and benefits of pharmacotherapy to reviews of clinical guidelines for optimal treatment and prevention. Each journal issue includes a feature article, a review of relevant clinical trial abstracts, a patient case scenario and a reprint of a published study.
